Free delivery within Belgium, Luxembourg . This applies up to a weight of 40 kg, a length of 2 metres and for orders over € 250.00. We ship by GLS or DPD.

Orders received by 9 p.m. (on Fridays, by 6 p.m.) will be dispatched by GLS on the same day. After 4:30 p.m., there will be a surcharge for same-day dispatching.

Delivery terms and conditions within Belgium, Luxembourg and France:
•parcel service (GLS or DPD) for orders over € 250,00: free (less than 30kg)
•parcel service (GLS or DPD) for orders below € 250,00: € 15.00

Delivery terms and conditions within France:
•parcel service (GLS or DPD) for orders over € 250,00: free (less than 5kg)
•parcel service (GLS or DPD) for orders below € 250,00 till 5kg: € 20

•Overnight express (up to 20 kg): € 50,00
•Overnight express (up to 50kg): € 100,00
•Haulage (bundle of tubes up to 40kg): € 25,00
•Haulage (a pallet): € 80,00

Early bird discount
You will receive an additional discount of 1% for orders from Monday - Friday, 0:00 - 10:00. Please note: when the early bird discount is available, the shopping basket symbol appears with a clock.

Late ordering service
When you place an order online Monday - Thursday from 16:30 - 21:00, or on Friday from 16:30 - 18:00, we will ship your order on request on the same day by GLS (charge: 5%, min. 10,00 €).
